By purchasing a ticket, registering for a workshop, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to register for our events.
  • By booking, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Ticketing & Registration

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
  • Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive a digital confirmation email.
  • Tickets and workshop registrations are non-transferable except as allowed under our Delivery & Return Policy.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Georgian Lari.
  • EduGradient reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments must be completed through our secure payment gateway partners. EduGradient does not store your card/payment details.

4. Event Attendance

  • Attendees must carry a valid confirmation (digital or printed) for entry.
  • EduGradient reserves the right to deny entry for failure to produce valid proof of registration.
  • Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • EduGradient maintains a strict no-refund, no-cancellation policy.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket/workshop registration as per our Delivery & Return Policy.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed events, partial attendance, or non-attendance (“no-shows”).

6. Event Changes

  • EduGradient reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or change the venue of an event due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • In case of cancellation by EduGradient, attendees will be eligible for a full refund.
  • EduGradient is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other costs incurred by attendees in case of event changes.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All event materials, presentations, handouts, and workshop content are the intellectual property of EduGradient or the respective speakers/trainers.
  • Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • EduGradient is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during events.
  • EduGradient is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.).

9. Privacy & Data Use

  • By registering, you consent to EduGradient collecting and processing your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • You may receive event-related updates and communications via email, SMS, or phone.
