At EduGradient, we value transparency and want our attendees to have complete clarity about how ticketing and workshop registrations work. Please read this policy carefully before completing your booking.

1. Delivery of Tickets & Workshop Access

  • Instant Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your ticket or workshop registration details.
  • Ticket Format: Tickets/registrations are delivered in digital format only. No physical tickets will be shipped.
  • Access at Venue: Your confirmation email or QR code (if applicable) will serve as your entry pass. Please carry a digital copy on your phone or a printed copy to the venue.
  • Non-receipt of Email: If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours of booking, please check your spam folder or contact our support team immediately.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Strict No-Refund Policy: All conference tickets and workshop registrations are non-refundable once purchased.
  • No Cancellations: We do not accept cancellation requests for any reason, including change of plans, travel issues, or personal emergencies.
  • No Partial Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for partial attendance, missed sessions, or non-attendance (“no-shows”).

Example: If you book a workshop but cannot attend on the scheduled date, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Ticket Transfer Policy

  • Transfer Window: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket or workshop registration to another participant.
  • Deadline: Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the event start date by emailing our support team.
  • Process: Provide the full name, email, and phone number of the substitute attendee. A confirmation email will then be issued to the new participant.
  • Post-Deadline: Transfers requested after the 48-hour cutoff will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Event Changes by EduGradient

  • Rescheduling: If an event or workshop is postponed, your ticket/registration will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued.
  • Cancellations by EduGradient: In the rare case that EduGradient cancels an event entirely (not rescheduled), you will be offered a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Force Majeure: EduGradient is not responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, the ticket will be shifted to the rescheduled date but refunds will not apply.

5. Important Notes for Attendees

  • Entry Rights: Entry may be denied if you fail to present a valid confirmation ticket (digital or printed).
  • Personal Responsibility: Please double-check event dates, times, and your availability before purchasing, as all sales are final.
  • Duplicate Bookings: If you accidentally book multiple tickets, the no-refund policy will still apply.
